Master of Italian cookery Gino D’Acampo sets out to prove that great home cooking can beat restaurant fare in the ultimate daytime food challenge. As Gino hunts for great home-cooked food, he challenges three families to recreate their favourite dish in a professional kitchen. Gino’s cheeky personality shines when working with the mothers and grandmothers to adapt their treasured recipe for paying diners to feature their dish on the menu for a month.
