The month of June is Italian Heritage Month, and from June 9 to 19, the 48th Annual Italian Week Ottawa Festival took place on Preston Street.
Italian Week Ottawa began as a way to preserve and promote the traditions of Italians and educate the community about Italian culture. Celebrations usually include a mix of initiatives involving art, opera, singing, and authentic Italian food and wine.
As a Festival Ambassador, Antonio Giorgi was present for the event; in the video below, he was able to showcase the most memorable moments from the week.
