TD Welcome to Canada at 11th Annual Salsa at Blue Mountain
TLN Media Group is proud to partner annually with TD Bank Group (TD) for the Welcome to Canada Literacy Program which was part of Salsa at Blue Mountain featuring a special scavenger hunt and story time for young children all weekend long.
The TD Welcome to Canada program distributes books at multicultural events, selected schools, community centers, and libraries across the country making them available to young newcomers, particularly those of Hispanic descent. The books help foster an understanding of Canada, including language, geography, history and multiculturalism. The program reflects TLN Media Group’s commitment to sharing and showcasing the vibrant Latino culture and connecting Spanish-speaking Canadians with the passions that make their culture unique on TV and in the community.
