INGREDIENTS
– 4 large slices of Tuscan bread (dense country-style bread)
– 2 clove of garlic, halved, for rubbing
– 1 cup Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, best available (240ml)
– Salt to season
DIRECTIONS
Toast Tuscan bread on BBQ grill.
While slices are still hot, rub garlic on toasted bread
Generously drizzle extra virgin olive oil over toasted bread. Season with a generous amount of salt. Serve hot.
