An in-depth food tour through Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, the new series explores Southeast Asian cuisine and the more traditional methods and ingredients in their respective regions. David shares that he was particularly excited about the Malaysian cuisine as it is a mix of Chinese, Indian, and Malay resulting in a fusion of ethnicities.
