TLN TV Announces a Tidal Wave of Serie A Italian League Soccer Returning to Canada Starting Saturday June 20th

(Toronto, ON) June 3, 2020 – The beautiful game is back on TLN TV! Serie A, Italy’s premier soccer league, resumes its current season on June 20-21 and features 70+ matches over 8 weeks!

The remaining 12-match weeks of the 2019/2020 season will run from June 20 to August 2. The jam-packed schedule features matches almost daily, kicking off with 18 broadcasts in the first 10 days! After months of anticipation, Canadian soccer fans and sports fans from coast to coast will tune in for the return of soccer on TLN. Experience Live sports again – lose the stadium crowds and gain unprecedented access to all the on-field player interactions.

Also returning is TLN’s The Halftime Show with Camila Gonzalez, featuring exclusive episodes shot in Italy prior to the pandemic: “When I heard Serie A was coming back, I couldn’t have been happier,“ said Gonzalez. “I’m so excited to share more stories and moments on The Halftime Show with all of you! I didn’t realize how much I would miss live sports until all of a sudden my weekends had no Serie A matches to look forward to. I can’t wait to see who wins this year and to enjoy these matches every weekend on TLN!”

The race for the scudetto is on as Italy’s top teams compete for the league’s greatest honour. With many teams still in contention, the season’s climax will confirm who wins the league title, who qualifies for the UEFA Champions League and whether Ronaldo can become Serie A’s top scorer this year.
