Michael Tibollo, Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Frances Tibollo, President of the Italian Canadian Heritage Foundation talk about Pasta It Forward – a new initiative designed to help Canadians in need by delivering pasta to individuals, families and hospitals. Frances explains how one act of generosity inspired her to mobilize the community and hopes that by helping to feed those in need, everyone will continue to pay it forward in the days to come.
