Toronto, ON – (April 24, 2019) The heat is on as TLN Television host and Canadian globetrotter David Rocco faces off in a colourful culinary clash in the exclusive Canadian premiere of Celebrity Chef: East vs West, Sunday May 5th at 7pm/et.
Internationally acclaimed chef David Rocco challenges Hong Kong superstar chef and entrepreneur, Nicholas Tse to a cooking duel on his home continent. Both celebrity chefs must battle it out in the kitchen with their talent and taste buds at stake!
This cooking competition series follows both celebrity chefs on a journey to some of Asia’s most alluring culinary destinations. From China to Macau to the Philippines and Malaysia, both chefs explore their surroundings, tasting the native cuisine before recreating local dishes. Adding their own creative spin to their creations, only the judges will decide who cooked it best – East or West.
