The Biggest Night in Latin Music® returns on November 16th with TLN Media Group’s exclusive Canadian broadcast of the 24th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards from the Conference and Exhibition Centre (FIBES), in Sevilla, Spain on Univision Canada and TLN TV!

This year’s star-studded lineup features multi-GRAMMY award-winning artist and the 2023 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year ®, Laura Pausini, as she celebrates 30 years in the music industry and is recognized for her multilingual contributions to music and her exemplary commitment to equal rights.

The 2023 nominees include Latin sensations Shakira, Bad Bunny, Carlos Vives, Ricky Martin, Karol G, Christian Nodal, Rosalia, Manuel Turizo, NathyPeluso and Omar Montes. The star-studded lineup of special performances includes Marc Anthony, Maria Becerra, Bizarrap, Feid, Rauw Alejandro, and the iconic  Alejandro Sanz

On 9 July 2006, Italy won its fourth World Cup beating arch-rivals France in the

final. A historic victory for a team that thanks to its remarkable cohesion managed

to overcome all the difficulties encountered on the path to ultimate victory.


We retrace the story of that magical month, between June and July 2006, through

the voices of the head coach and the players who achieved the feat, along with

those of international journalists and players.

Inter, Milan, and Juventus are continuing to dominate and are battling for first place; however, Napoli, Fiorentina, and Atalanta are not too far behind. Both Roman teams in Lazio and Roma are yet to hit their stride, while Cagliari, Salernitana, and Udinese have struggled so far.

TLN Original | 1943: Operation Husky

The Canadian Landing in Sicily On July 10, 1943, more than 25,000 men from the 1st Canadian Infantry Division landed in Pachino, Italy, marking the beginning of the Sicilian campaign. The project, dubbed Operation Husky, represented the first independent role in the Second World War for Canadian soldiers who were successful in knocking down German defenses in Sicily.

The Indestructible Abbey


This documentary seeks to tell the story of the historic Battle of Monte Cassino, one of the most important military operations of World War II through the eyes of the last surviving Italian immigrants, who fled war-torn Italy for Canada.


TLN Original | ORTONA: Canada's Stalingrad


This special documentary project is part of TLN’s “I remember” series intended to collect the still vivid memories of a generation of now older Italian Canadians, who witnessed the savagery of war and sacrifice, first hand. In this series, the last living Italian-Canadian survivors, recount the Battle of Ortona, one of the most important military operations of WWII, that took place between December 20 to 28th in 1943.

TLN Original | San Pietro Infine


San Pietro Infine is a small town in the Province of Caserta which endured bitter fighting in December 1943. Untouched for 75 years, the gates to a forgotten city will be opened and the last living Italian-Canadian survivors will recount the significant battle of San Pietro Infine.
