TLN Media Group Announces Special Theatrical Screenings of its Original Productions during Montreal’s Italian Week

Montecassino: The Indestructible Abbey and Leonardo’s Kitchen

(Toronto, ON – August 08, 2019) – TLN Media Group, Canada’s leading multilingual media company announces the theatrical premiere screenings of two of its original productions, Montecassino: The Indestructible Abbey and La Cucina di Leonardo as part of Montreal’s Italian Week running from August 9th – 18th.

TLN Media Group’s original documentary, Montecassino: The Indestructible Abbey (L’Abbazia Indistruttibile) tells the moving story of the historical Battle of Monte Cassino, one of the most significant military operations of WWII through the lens of the remaining surviving Italian immigrants who fled war-torn Italy for Canada. In Leonardo’s Kitchen (La Cucina di Leonardo), Chef Leonardo combines his talent for cooking, singing and acting on his children’s web series, where he competes against his rival, Giovanni Bagaglione.  His secret weapon is his puppet neighbour Nonna Maria.  Starring opera-singing chef Davide Bazzali, Antonio Liberato and internet hit sensation, Nonna Maria.
