Fried Basa Fish

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lbs. basa fish, or cod
– Salt Flour for dredging
– Extra virgin olive oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Season your fish with some salt and lightly batter it in flour. Fry it up in your olive oil until crispy and golden. Serves 4-6.
