INGREDIENTS
– 6 peaches, cut into eighths
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 bottle Chianti Classico wine (750ml)
DIRECTIONS
Mix sugar, cinnamon and Chianti Classico in a carafe.
Add peaches and chill for about half an hour before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
