PREPARATION
Assemble platter as desired with Baba Ghanouj, Hummus with Roasted Garlic, Falafel, Tahini Sauce ,Carrot Salad with Citrus Dressing , Classic Tabbouleh, grilled pita breads, cherries tomatoes, baby cucumbers and black olives. Garnish with parsley.
